We know the specialty of orthodontics is continually changing and improving. It is our mission to embrace and deliver the best orthodontic care available. Our team has a combined 70+ years of orthodontic experience under our belt. Coming to our office should be fun, comfortable and an easy part of your day. Life serves up enough stress and we certainly don’t want to add to it. We continue our education by attending multiple courses throughout the year pertaining to the latest techniques in orthodontics.

Toni Hirose - Treatment Coordinator

Toni attended the Helena College of Technology and received her certificate in the Medical Secretary Program. She has been employed in the medical field for 23 years. Toni has enjoyed the specialty of orthodontics for over 15 years. She joined Dr. Shaw in the fall of 1997. Toni and her husband Dustin have one child, Danny. Toni enjoys spending time with Dustin and Danny, fly fishing, attending Grizzly Football games, shopping, dining with her sisters and spending time with her nephews.

Charity Money - Clinical Coordinator / Clinician

Charity started her orthodontic career in 1998 in Salt Lake City Utah. She joined Dr. Shaw’s team in 2002 as a Clinician and is also the Clinical Coordinator. Charity enjoys spending time with her husband Kelly; they have a young son Braxton and a daughter MaeLee and have lived in the Frenchtown area since 2002. Charity loves her animals, enjoys camping and taking trips back to Utah to visit her family.

Kim Bauer - Financial Coordinator

Kim is a graduate of the University of Montana with a Bachelor degree in Art; she is also a certified Pharmacy Technician. Kim joined Dr. Shaw’s team in 2005 and is the Financial Coordinator. Kim enjoys spending time with her husband Joe. They have three children Max, Jaycee and Cellan and have lived in the Bitterroot Valley since 1996. She enjoys her horses and the lake.

Lynn Nelson - Scheduling Coordinator

Lynn joined Dr. Shaw’s team in 2007 as a Scheduling Coordinator and Lab Assistant. Lynn enjoys spending time with her husband Jerry and has three daughters Nichole, Jordan and Brooke. She has lived in the Missoula Valley since 1999 and enjoys traveling, her dogs and watching her daughters play soccer and softball.

Karin Schwartz - Records & Lab Coordinator / Clinician
Karin joined Dr. Shaw’s orthodontic team in 2000 as a records and lab coordinator, and has recently started assisting. She and her husband Doug have three children, Melissa, Jacob and Amanda. She has also recently become a new grandmother. Karin enjoys backpacking, camping, traveling and baking. She is a native Missoulian and is an avid University of Montana Grizz fan. GO GRIZZ!

Jodie Ferro - Clinician
Jodie is a graduate of the University of Montana with a Bachelor degree in Psychology. Jodie joined Dr. Shaw’s team in 2001 as a Clinician. Jodie is married to her husband Peter and has two young sons Landon and Parker. She enjoys being at home with her family and spending time with her friends.

Cindy Parker - Clinician
Cindy graduated from the University of Montana with a bachelor degree in biology. She has a background in dental and orthodontic assisting. She joined Dr. Shaw’s team in 2008 as a clinician. Cindy likes swimming, camping, golfing and fly fishing with her husband Chip and their two young sons, Nate and Ethan.

Nancy Wagner - Clinician
Nancy has been in the orthodontic field since 2000. She rejoined Dr. Shaw’s team as clinician in 2005. Nancy enjoys watching the positive transformation of our patient’s smiles under the care of Dr. Shaw and his staff. She has a strong interest in all aspects of health. She is also a certified fitness trainer. Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband John and their daughter Rachel who is attending college at the University of Montana.

Lacie Ellis - Marketing Coodinator
Lacie joined Dr. Shaw’s team in 2007 as our Marketing Coordinator. After growing up in the Missoula Valley she spent 7 years in St. George Utah gaining orthodontic experience. Lacie then returned home to Missoula with her son Bridger. She enjoys spending time with her husband Kenny and their son camping, hiking and fishing. When Lacie is not working hard at the office you can find her scrapbooking.
