What about Appointments?
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment.
Some appointments are going to be quick and some are going to take longer; depending on what procedure we are performing for you. As you can imagine, if you want to get your braces off in a timely manner it is important for you to attend each of your appointments as recommended by Dr. Shaw. We realize you’re busy! We’ll do our best to make sure you miss the least amount of work or school possible.
What to do when you’re at home and the doctor is not in?
Stuff happens! If you have an orthodontic concern when the practice is closed, call our office at 406-327-0777 and follow the directions for after hours care. Many times we can instruct you over the phone on how to care for your issue. If not, we will make arrangements to have you visit the office and we’ll take care of you. Just avoid sticky foods which can wreak havoc on your braces and remember to brush and floss frequently!
