Token Program
For those of you in active orthodontic treatment you may earn tokens. Once you have earned 8 tokens you may exchange those for a $15.00 gift card to Southgate Mall!
To get a token you must:
- Brush your teeth well
- Have no broken or loose brackets
And remember you can always earn an additional token when you visit your dentist for a regular checkup every 6 months!
